Bronx's Room

I wanted a sports blanket for Bronx's bed. I found a comforter at Walmart on clearance for 12.50. Then I stiched on sports symbols on the blanket. I love the way it turned out. I also found some red curtains at a garage sale for 3.00 I just need to buy some material to sew on the back so that they can block out the light.

Around the house projects

 I made some floating shelves for our living room which makes it fun to display pictures of the kids.

 I just finished our entry way. Here are some before and after pictures. I just have to say that I didnt need Joe's help at all. It was very satisfying to start and finish a project all on my own.

Head Board

I just finished Bronx's headboard. I got the idea from my sister Kristi and the scoreboard she did for Ryan's room (http://kriskrafting.blogspot.com/). I am happy with the outcome. Still more to do with his room but we will get there soon.

Portland Trip

 Here is Paxton he loved the sand. It was a beautiful day 67 degrees, not very common on the coast. We enjoyed the afternoon at Seaside Beach in Oregon.
